Leah joined ITR Partners shortly after graduating from Bournemouth University. After completing a degree in biological sciences, she has chosen to broaden her experiences at ITR to work in sales.
Allton joined ITR Partners from a previous role in insurance client services and immediately identified Senior Appointments as the market for him, quickly becoming one of the company’s top consultants.
Bradley joins ITR’s training academy following his completion of a degree in Marketing Management and Branding at the University of Gloucestershire. Bradley decided to move from retail management to recruitment in order to improve his career prospects.
Dan joined in 2010 and quickly became a rising star within the business.
Initially starting out as an infrastructure specialist Dan engaged with a number of key organizations that he still works closely with today.
Danielle is accountable for all ITR invoicing, contractor payments, Terms and Conditions and general accounts. Without Danielle the whole back office function would struggle, a really key member of the team supporting the finance director.
Gemma joins ITR’s training academy following a successful sales and coaching role within the telecommunications sector.
Gemma believes ITR is the perfect leap in her career, where she can hone in on her skills whilst providing solid and lasting relationships between herself, clients and candidates.
After completing a Business Management degree, and travelling around South East Asia and Australia, Greg went into recruitment as a trainee contract development consultant. Having managed a number of recruitment teams Greg then helped establish ITR Partners in 2010.
Following the completion of a degree in a Zoology, Jake chose a different path and gave up the lab for a career in sales. Finding his way to Cheltenham and in turn ITR Partners, Jake made an immediate impact becoming one of the fastest consultants to complete his first placement in the history of ITR.
Rosie joins ITR Partners following a 2 year working visa in Australia in which she focused her employment on customer service based roles, including hospitality, promotions and sales. Rosie has taken this opportunity to use her organisation and people skills in order to further her experience in an admin role.
Oliver is not one to be shy in any situation and on meeting him everyone would agree that he has the ‘gift of the gab’. This confidence and ability to liaise with people at all levels has made Oliver’s transition into recruitment seemingly simple.
Peter initially focussed on Big Data but following a number of high profile placements at a senior level found he was pulled more and more into Senior Appointments. Within this part of the market Peter is consistently making a real difference to clients by sourcing the very best managers, architects and consultants to join their teams.
Simon has been with ITR since it opened. Simon’s focus has been contract recruitment, primarily around the development market while also taking responsibility for managing small team and staff training. In his spare time Simon enjoys his wife’s cooking and teaching his son to become the next England football captain!
