- Minimum 2 years’ experience within an IT Support role
- Experience of 1st Line Support
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- PC Hardware Maintenance
- Knowledge of AutoDesk products
- 2nd Line Support
- Group Policy administration
- Windows Server experience
- Exchange administration
