One of the world largest banks are expanding their UK development teams and are wanting multiple experienced Java Software Developers to join them.
They are looking for you to not only be confident working on the Back End but also have a good understanding of Front End technologies as some of the projects you will be working will require full stack development.
You will be joining a brand new team within the business to work on a new and exciting projects that are going to drive the business forward. Implementing software strategy through delivering high quality process and change projects, application development and system integration. You will be working to shape the bank of the future and ensure that they can continue to thrive throughout the highly competitive every changing business climate.
You will have the opportunity to work with and learn both big data and DevOps technologies, so if you do not have any experience with either technologies you will be given training and the opportunity to work with them in detail. If you have any experience with big data technologies such as the Hadoop Ecosystem or have worked with DevOps tools and technologies, it would be appreciated.

Furthermore, any experience with cloud technologies would be greatly appreciated as they are looking to move onto cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud and away from SQL and NoSQL databases.
Technical Experience Required:
• Spring (Boot, MVC, Suite), Hibernate
• Maven, Jenkins, Nexus
• RESTful API’s
• Agile (Scrum), TDD
