PMO Service Delivery and Governance Partner – Permanent – Watford – £50,000 -60,000 per annum + bonus + benefits
The organisation is changing the way it delivers its technology solutions and want to provide the whole delivery community a set of modernised and integrated tools. The PMO office leads change to introduce new and upgraded capabilities and the three areas you will be responsible for are:
SDLC – Ensuring the Project and Delivery service teams have an appropriate level of SDLC and governance is implemented and followed.
Governance – responsible for establishing a robust governance framework that is lean logical and repeatable across projects.
Project Management standards – Responsible for developing, maintaining and communicating a set of project management standards and principles for the project and programme community.
Skills and experience that are required are developing PMO, SDLC, Governance and PM disciplines and standards. Ideally you would have worked across enterprise delivery programs and knowledge of project management solutions that cater to both traditional and agile methodology.
If you have experience of transitioning to waterfall to agile methodology then this would be relevant to the organisation but not a must have.
