Senior Analyst – Permanent – Service Management
Our client are looking for a Senior Analyst to join their company working across the UK and Europe.
What your days will look like:
You will act as the technical resource for integrations, configurations, data integrations and overall service management tool set implementations. You will make sure the configuration and development aligns with the companies best practice.
The role will be working with clients across UK and Europe to delivery advisory services and implementations, you will develop a deep understanding of ITIL and client management skills.
You will have worked in service management within a consultative way working with service management tools such as BMC Remedy and ServiceNow. An understanding of ITIL to help implement solutions and strong solution design experience.
In particular, skills in ServiceNow would make you stand out as a candidate.
The company are a global consultancy trying to improve on their European operation. This role would require travelling across UK and Europe to different client sites.
Salary £50,000-65,000 depending on experience and level + possible bonus and benefits. Training and development are on offer as well as working with some of Europe’s most interesting projects.
