Service Operations Analyst – Exciting Payments Organisation
London based permanent role, salary up to £40,000pa plus benefits.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting all Change and Problem Management functions, and general support for all Service Operations. You will:
- Support the Problem Manager to ensure all incidents are logged and managed as per process.
- Support the Change Manager to ensure all change adheres to the Change Management Process.
- Carry out Incident Management and Availability/Recovery Management tasks where required
You will have the following skills for role:
- Proven background in a Service Operations function
- Strong understanding of Change Management or Problem Management
- Strong stakeholder skills
- Strong verbal and written skills
Desirably but not essentially you will have skills with:
- Knowledge around ServiceNow
- Agile understanding
