Consultant / Senior Consultant – Permanent – Service Management
Our client are looking for two Senior Consultants and one Consultant to work across the UK and Europe.
What your days will look like:
As a consultant you will be the clients technical lead within the service management field ensuring integrations, configurations, data integrations and overall service management toolset implementations are carried out. You will make sure the solution meets the client’s requirements and fits in with best practices.
The role will be working with clients across UK and Europe to delivery advisory services and implementations, by leading projects and bringing people together to meet the client’s requirements.
You will have worked in service management within a consultative way working with service management tools such as as BMC Remedy and ServiceNow. An understanding of ITIL and project management to help implement organisation change and providing the client with solution designs to develop these solutions across the regional clients.
Particularity skills in ServiceNow would make you stand out as a candidate.
The company are a global consultancy trying to improve on their European operation. This role would require travelling across UK and Europe to different client sites.
Salary £50,000-65,000 depending on experience and level + possible bonus and benefits. Training and development are on offer as well as working with some of Europe’s most interesting projects.
