Regional Sales Manager – Cloud, HCM/HRMS – Competitive base + shares & benefits

As an integral part of the sales team, you’ll be well versed in driving customer acquisition within the cloud-based HCM/HRMS space as well as;
- Engaging HR leadership to positioning the company within defined territories globally
- Driving the bid process to coordinate activities from lead generation and qualification through to ITT response and commercial negotiations
- Managing internal resources to ensure competent follow through on sales opportunities
- Work closely with the Lead Development and Marketing team to arrange demonstrations, client meetings and solution trials
- Managing a busy business development pipeline within a target-based environment
You will have;
- Serious drive & ambition
- Previous proven experience in HCM/HRMS cloud driven solutions
- Ability to accurately report on all activities
- Salesforce.com experience or other sales lead automation platform preferable
