Salaries are on the rise
In our ongoing data collection, it’s evident that 57% of participants have reported salary increases over the past 12 months, while 32% have indicated no change. This positive trend is great news and a well-deserved outcome for those working in IT and Tech.
Non-negotiables are exposed!
We’ve examined the preferences of both candidates and clients, revealing that professionals prioritise a competitive salary (72%) and job security/company stability (60%) above all else.
While maintaining financial stability remains paramount, professionals are seeking assurance in their current positions to ensure a consistent income. This may also indicate that individuals are content and have no intentions of seeking new opportunities anytime soon.
Nordic companies are embracing AI
AI is everywhere at the moment, and many IT and Tech companies have begun to implement aspects of it into their business operations.
So, when we asked our respondents to share if their company is embracing AI, 61% said yes! It looks like the AI trend is catching on fast in various sectors.
