These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by TechNET IT Recruitment Limited, ITR Partners, and Cranberry Panda 2.0 Ltd. (“We”, “Our”, or “The Company”). By accessing or using our services, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Scope of Terms
The Customer acknowledges that these Terms govern all use of our services. Any capitalised terms not explicitly defined herein will have the meaning assigned in other agreements between the Customer and the Company. Any future enhancements, updates, or new services purchased by the Customer will also be subject to these Terms unless otherwise stated.
- Internet Access
The Customer is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment and an appropriate high-speed internet connection (e.g., DSL, fibre optic, or cable) to access and use the services effectively.
- Account Security
The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, including usernames and passwords, and for all activities conducted under these accounts. The Customer must notify the Company immediately if any unauthorised access or security breach occurs.
- Customer Information
The Customer agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including billing details, company name, and contact information. Updates must be made promptly in writing or via email within 30 days of any changes.
- Third-Party Software
The Customer is required to use compatible third-party software (e.g., browsers supporting SSL protocols) to access the services. We are not responsible for notifying the Customer about errors, updates, or enhancements to such third-party software.
- Third-Party Providers
Our services may integrate with third-party providers. These providers operate independently, and we make no warranties regarding their products or services, even if certified or endorsed by us. Any agreements or transactions between the Customer and third-party providers are strictly between those parties.
- External Links and Data
The services may provide links to external sites or resources. The Company is not liable for the availability, content, or functionality of such external resources. Any reliance on third-party data is at the Customer’s discretion.
- Data Transmission
The Customer acknowledges that the transmission of data involves networks beyond the Company’s control. While we take measures to safeguard electronic communications and customer data, we cannot guarantee that data will remain free from unauthorised access or interception during transmission.
- Support Services
We provide user guides, online assistance, and optional training (at additional cost) to support the Customer’s use of the services. However, the Customer is ultimately responsible for ensuring successful adoption of the services by their users.
- Feedback and Suggestions
The Company may use feedback, suggestions, or improvement requests submitted by the Customer or users to enhance our services. By providing feedback, the Customer grants us a royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable licence to use such information.
- User Contact Information
The Company reserves the right to collect and use user contact details during the term for purposes including service updates and marketing communications.
- Prohibited Content
The Customer and its users are prohibited from submitting material deemed illegal, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable (“Objectionable Matter”). The Company reserves the right to remove such material without notice and comply with legal requirements or individual data removal requests.
- Anti-Spam Policy
The Customer may not use our services to send Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or spam. Violations may result in termination of access to the services. Complaints must be addressed promptly upon notification from the Company.
- Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All intellectual property related to our services, including software, content, and branding, remains our exclusive property. The Customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the services during the agreed term.
- Customer Data: The Customer grants the Company a non-exclusive licence to process and store their data as required to deliver the services.
- Service Modifications
The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the services at any time. If a material feature is removed, we will make reasonable efforts to restore it. If restoration is not possible, the Customer may terminate the agreement and receive a pro-rata refund for prepaid services.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
