This week ITR welcomed 3 new consultants to the team, who all travelled down for their two day systems orientation training held in ITR’s Bracknell office. This group of hires included 2 trainees, starting their career in recruitment and 1 experienced recruiter moving into a new sector. It’s fair to say each of them all learnt a lot about the effective and industry leading systems ITR have in place.
The two day intensive training is a welcome to the business and operations systems that are used throughout everyday life in ITR, these include:
– Life in recruitment and the associated terminology
– A recruitment specific database and tasks
– An electronic timesheet system
– An electronic referencing System
– An electronic signature system
– Voip telephony systems and usage
– An automated sourcecoding system
– Social media systems and usage
- Candidate selection techniques
Each consultant went away from the training with knowledge and experience to set them on the right path to success. Every consultant at ITR then receives further applied training for their career growth and Development into the industry.
