Why did you choose recruitment?
I’m a people person so I really enjoy speaking to new people. This job lets me speak to new candidates and clients everyday, which I love.
I also understand how difficult it can be to find a job, especially one that you love. So it is great being able to make the process easier for people.
Any advice for candidates looking for work?
Make sure you are descriptive on your CV. Especially regarding your previous job roles and describe exactly what part you played.
Also don’t let yourself get down, there is always something out there for someone.
Any advice for a client looking for new employees?
Reach out to specialised recruitment agencies that can help find the perfect candidates.
Best part of your job?
It is great speaking with candidates that are really passionate about work. I love helping them to get the job they have been waiting for.
As I am new at ITR Partners, the team have been very welcoming and helpful. They also make sure everyday is a laugh which is great!
