Why did we choose a 4½ day working week? This is a question we are commonly asked!

The 4-day working week was a very popular topic last year, with many global companies in a range of sectors trialling one with their own teams.

In 2021, we decided to embrace the change and introduce our own version of the ever-popular initiative. Instead of a 4-day work week, we opted for a 4½ day working week to better suit our recruitment team and the work that we do.
