When looking for an IT talent partner, you may consider using multiple agencies to fulfil hiring requirements. However, it may surprise you that working with multiple agencies can actually delay and complicate the IT hiring process.

What happens when you use more than one recruitment agency?

“When using multiple agencies, the contributing driver is to beat your competition and it inevitably results in speed over quality. Generally, the employer will invariably only see a smaller section of the market as agencies race to source the active market, in essence candidates that are readily available putting their hands up for new roles.

This generally only represents 10-20% of any candidate demographic per role/skill, so there is a whole bunch of candidates that go untapped.”
